AVEVA is seeking a visionary Fellow, Emerging Technology Trends to lead identification and analysis of breakthrough technologies across data centers, renewables, and industrial software. You will forecast sector changes, coordinate with venture/start‑ups, academia and industry fora, and help set priorities for innovation programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology research, market analysis, or a related role.
• Experience working with industry analysts and a strong network in the venture and start-up community is highly desired.
• Proven experience working with and presenting to senior leadership and executives.
• Ideal candidates will have prior management experience and demonstrated ability to recruit and lead a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification and analysis of emerging technology trends and forecast sector evolution over the next 3–7 years.
• Coordinate engagement with external innovation ecosystems including venture/start-up communities, research institutions, and industry fora.
• Set priorities for technology innovation and development in collaboration with business and technical leaders.
• Identify cutting‑edge technologies to enhance products and operational efficiency.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate trends into strategic plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, technology vendors, and research networks.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of analysts and researchers.
