Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate strategic technology initiatives across our Chief Technologist Organization. You will work with technical leaders to define program plans, milestones, and deliverables aligned with AVEVA's priorities and ensure clear progress reporting.

The role requires deep technical grounding, strong multi-level communication, and the ability to turn complex technical work into structured programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technical program management
• 5+ years coordinating emerging technology initiatives
• Strong ability to translate requirements into programs
• Experience aligning work to organizational strategy and priorities
• Experience in regulated industries like industrial, IoT, life sciences, manufacturing, energy

Responsibilities

• Define flexible, repeatable technical program plans across the CT organization
• Translate requirements from AVEVA and customers into aligned programs
• Maintain progress tracking and dashboards for visibility
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, or scaling issues early
• Lead reviews, decisions, and prioritization across initiatives
• Ensure privacy, security, and responsible-technology guidelines
• Foster cross-team relationships to manage dependencies
• Support AVEVA's AI Capabilities Operating Committee (AICO) activities
