Job summary

CSX Corporation's Leadership Development Program is an 18-month experience designed to develop future leaders through exposure to CSX operations, business functions, mentorship, and project rotations within Sales & Marketing and the Railroad industry.

Participants work on high-value projects, learn to influence decisions through analysis and presentations, and prepare for longer-term roles on the Sales & Marketing team, with potential early starts for graduates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science, with GPA ≥ 3.0.
• Preferred: Graduate Degree.
• One or more years of work experience.
• GPA 3.5+ in related major preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing, operating, and capital projects to inform real-time decisions.
• Drive rail conversion opportunities and develop prospect relationships.
• Present analyses to senior management and cross-department partners.
