Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Sales Development Associate – Emerging Talent to kick off a career in sales. You will identify and engage prospects, qualify opportunities, and support senior sellers while building your pipeline in a fast-paced environment.

You will use CRM tools like Salesforce and Oracle, learn sales technology, and participate in structured training with mentoring from experienced leaders, aiming for future leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant sales coursework with expected graduation by July 2027.
• 0–2 years of experience including internships or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and ability to influence decisions.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and interest in sales technologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with retail & restaurant prospects through calls, email, and social outreach.
• Qualify sales opportunities and lead discovery sessions with BDRs and Senior AEs.
• Track and maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strengthen go-to-market efforts by collaborating with marketing on campaigns and messaging feedback.
• Accelerate development through structured training, shadowing, and ongoing development.
