Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related field with graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own a meaningful project from Week 1 and develop business acumen.
• Improve sales effectiveness through reporting and analysis of financial, operational, and people metrics.
• Strengthen data quality and support ongoing hygiene across central databases.
• Increase pipeline visibility via funnel analysis and regular review processes.
• Support go-to-market execution through cross-functional collaboration and initiatives.
• Drive growth initiatives through sales enablement and strategy projects.
