Starbucks Coffee Company in Seattle seeks a Senior Recruiter, Emerging Talent, to craft inclusive, data-informed hiring strategies and own full-cycle recruitment across a diverse portfolio.

The role partners with leaders and HR, builds relationships with campuses and student groups, and uses program metrics to strengthen talent pipelines. On-site campus events, travel up to 10%, and educational partnerships are key aspects.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience developing hiring manager capabilities and advising businesses on effective hiring strategies.
• 4 years experience recruiting in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• 3 years experience in a senior-level and complex recruitment environment.
• 3 years experience in university, campus, early-career, internship, or emerging-talent recruiting, including crafting program strategy, stakeholder management, planning meaningful engagement activities, and program evaluation.

Responsabilités

• Own Emerging Talent recruitment strategy and execution.
• Lead engagement and programming strategy, planning, and execution, inclusive of on-site campus recruiting (up to 10% travel).
• Apply a high level of strategic thought-partnership and influence; gaining buy-in from key stakeholders and clients.
• Build strategic partnerships internally and externally and use insights to improve outcomes.
