Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a recruiter, Emerging Talent, to lead full-cycle recruiting for university and early-career programs in the Seattle area. You will partner with hiring managers and HR partners, and build relationships with universities and student organizations to attract top emerging talent.

You will also plan and execute summer programming, recruitment events, and intern activities, using data and market insights to improve quality of hire and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience recruiting in a high growth, fast-paced environment.
• 3 years experience developing hiring manager capabilities and advising on hiring strategies.
• 2 years experience in university, campus, early-career recruiting including program planning and execution.
• Demonstrated agility and ability to balance multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across assigned portfolio with a focus on emerging talent.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to design effective hiring strategies.
• Build relationships with universities, faculty, student organizations and external partners.
• Plan and execute summer programming, recruiting events and intern engagement activities.
• Use recruiting metrics and market insights to improve the candidate experience and outcomes.
