Job summary

HCSC is seeking an Early Careers Program Coordinator to support internship and new graduate programs, serving as a brand ambassador and partnering with universities, community organizations, and internal stakeholders.

The role includes managing orientation, engagement activities, campus events, and building pipelines to position HCSC as an employer of choice for emerging talent in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or related field OR 6 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical, research and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support internship and new graduate programs, orientation and engagement activities.
• Coordinate campus engagement and career events with universities and community organizations.
• Build strong candidate pipelines and deliver high touch, inclusive candidate experiences.
• Position HCSC as an employer of choice for emerging talent.
