The Early Careers Program Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting our internship and new graduate programs. This position will serve as a brand ambassador who fosters early talent engagement while partnering with university and community organizations as well as internal stakeholders. The incumbent will assist with program management for the planning and execution of the intern and new graduate programs such as orientation and engagement activities as well as coordinating campus engagement and career events. The Early Careers Recruiter is responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, and delivering a high touch, inclusive candidate experience while positioning HCSC as an employer of choice for emerging talent.
This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office: 2 days remote.
