Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years in Talent Acquisition, or 6 years in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical, research and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support internship and new graduate programs from planning to execution.
• Coordinate orientation, engagement activities, campus engagement and career events.
• Build strong candidate pipelines and deliver a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience while positioning HCSC as an employer of choice for emerging talent.
