• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Talent Acquisition.
• 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience OR 6+ years in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical, research and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of confidentiality.
