Convey is seeking an HR Coordinator for its Emerging Talent Program in Denver. You will support hiring, onboarding, and employee-related processes while growing through a six-month development track designed for early-career professionals.

You’ll learn from leaders, own an HR improvement project, and contribute to a network across the organization as you start your career in human resources.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 0–2 years HR experience or internships preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and discretion with confidential information.
• Clear written and verbal communication; eager to learn.
• Interest in using AI tools to improve HR efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, paperwork and IT/HR setup.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Answer questions about policies, benefits, and processes; escalate when needed.
• Assist recruiting with scheduling interviews and posting updates.
• Help plan employee engagement events and programs.
• Support HR reporting, audits, and compliance docs.
• Identify opportunities to simplify HR processes and improve efficiency.
