Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

You will perform sales, merchandising, and store operations tasks under the Store Manager and Leadership Team, including cashiering, displays, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment. You will recruit and train Teammates, lead by example with showmanship, and manage merchandising zones and guest services.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, locate, and help guests obtain merchandise based on needs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales education with the team.
• Lead by example with showmanship and outstanding customer service.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Manage visual merchandising including product placement and zone ownership.
• Support store operations with flexible scheduling and adherence to standards.
