Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager to supervise customer service associates and front-end operations, while guiding pharmacy and retail store performance to meet company goals.

In this role, you will lead recruitment, coaching, scheduling, and performance management; drive merchandising, cash handling, and inventory controls; and ensure a safe, compliant, and customer-focused environment across the store.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record or Walgreens internship program.
• Two years of supervisory experience or completion of Walgreens LEAP training.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Possession of a pharmacy technician license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team, including recruitment, hiring, training and discipline.
• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and District Manager to drive customer experience.
