Qualifications

• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; leads front-end and pharmacy operations.
• Manages store activities to achieve company deliverables and supports Store Manager.
• Recruits, hires, trains, and disciplines team members to maintain performance.
• Monitors customer service metrics and coaches for improvements.
• Oversees cash handling, inventory, and compliance with laws.
• Ensures store cleanliness, safety, and effective use of technology systems.
