CVS Health in Syracuse, NY is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role through a 16‑week, self‑paced, collaborative training, with virtual and hands‑on learning.

You will work with a district leader, HRBP, training store manager, and store manager coach as you develop leadership, merchandising, customer care, and inventory management skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is a plus.
• Four-year college degree may be substituted with relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with and lead the store team to achieve goals.
• Provide high levels of customer care and service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to grow store sales.
