Responsibilities

• Promote and resell HBS products and services to maximize ROI for current and future IT expenditures.
• Obtain strategic manufacturer sales certifications (Cisco Sales Expert, VMware Sales Professional).
• Secure relationships with partner groups (Cisco, Microsoft, Dell, HP) to grow licensing revenues.
• Follow administrative guidelines for orders, timesheets, and service requests.
• Provide remedial project management and ensure customer expectations are conveyed to engineers.
• Analyze client needs, manage satisfaction issues, and forecast new business as it develops.
• Consult with engineers regarding technical problems and collaborate on sales campaigns.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through dynamic strategies and collaboration.
