Responsibilities

• Maintain workplace safety as Priority #1 and report unsafe conditions.
• Carry out duties of Assistant Manager and develop the team.
• Learn VIP processes to deliver superior customer experiences.
• Schedule the team to cover all hours of operation.
• Communicate with the team through daily huddles and meetings.
• Train and coach associates in VIP programs and certifications.
• Coordinate dispatching of work orders to technicians.
• Attend off-site meetings and training sessions several times per year.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and organize service areas.
