Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.
• Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current, valid driver’s license; ASE C1 service consultant required; ASE P2 and G1 recommended; State Inspection License where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety is Priority #1 and enforce safety policies.
• Perform duties of Assistant Manager as needed.
• Learn VIP processes and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Schedule the team to meet customer needs across all operating hours.
• Train and coach associates, manage LMS training and vendor courses.
