Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. is seeking an Early Careers Territory Sales Manager for the Central Region.

You will own a business territory, partner with retail customers, analyze sales data, and execute strategies to drive growth in your market. You’ll gain hands-on experience, build leadership and negotiation skills, and develop capabilities in business analytics and strategic planning while relocating as needed within the Central Region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or expected prior to start date.
• Recent graduates or early career professionals with up to two years of experience encouraged to apply.
• Interest in sales, business development, account management, consumer goods, retail operations, or commercial leadership.
• Leadership experience through internships, campus orgs, athletics, military, volunteer work, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
