Philip Morris International U.S. is seeking an Early Careers Territory Sales Manager for the Central Region.

You will own a business territory, partner with retail customers, analyze data, and implement strategies to drive growth, gaining hands-on experience beyond the desk in a role that builds leadership and commercial skills. The position targets recent graduates or early career professionals, with opportunity to relocate within the Central Region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or expected by start date.
• Recent graduates or up to two years of professional experience encouraged to apply.
• Interest in sales, business development, consumer goods, or retail operations.
• Leadership experience through internships, campus organizations, athletics, military service, volunteer work, or other roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
