Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader in Mount Pleasant, SC to help deliver the best shopping experience for guests.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales, merchandising, and daily operations, while recruiting and coaching teammates and ensuring top-notch customer service. Responsibilities cover sales generation, guest service, training, and visual merchandise management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; prior retail or leadership exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with questions and merchandise selection.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and lead by example in sales and customer experience.
• Lead by example with leadership actions and maintain high store standards.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and developing Teammates and maintain a positive floor culture.
