The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support store leadership in delivering a superior guest experience.

This role blends sales, merchandising, and daily operations, working closely with the Store Manager to recruit and develop Teammates and to drive store performance. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or 1–3 months retail experience.
• Ability to lead teammates and deliver guest service.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and train teammates to meet sales goals and standards.
• Assist in merchandise display, stocking, and POS procedures.
• Support store leadership in operations, scheduling, and loss prevention.
