The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader in Mount Pleasant, SC. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving sales and merchandising excellence.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit Teammates, train staff, and maintain a high-standard, guest-centric store environment. This is a part-time position with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise, and help locate items.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and educate guests while driving sales.
• Lead by example with showmanship and maintain high presentation standards.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing Teammates and lead by example.
