Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related retail experience or training.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to recruit and develop teammates and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service on the sales floor, at the register, and in fitting rooms.
• Lead by example with showmanship and strong product knowledge.
• Assist in training and developing new teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Support merchandising, store operations, and loss prevention practices.
