Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is currently seeking Leaders in Training and Floor Leaders in Temecula, CA. You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, working with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates and provide leadership.

The role includes leading customer service, team development, and executing store standards while supporting the leadership group and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Qualifications
