Job summary

Crunch Fitness in the United States is seeking a Personal Training Director in Training to learn and execute the full Director role while continuing to personally service PT clients. You will support department leadership at the club location, developing trainers, driving revenue and enrollment, and delivering an exceptional member experience.

This role emphasizes leadership development, client-focused service, and a path toward becoming a Personal Training Director, with responsibilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification required (NASM or other certification on Crunch Fitness list).
• CPR and AED certification current.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute full PTDirector role under supervision.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development of Personal Trainers.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1s, guiding goals and performance.
• Coach Trainers on session delivery, program design and client communication.
• Complete leadership development coursework and Director readiness on time.
• Model Company standards and Core Values on the training floor.
