Job summary

Crunch Fitness in California is seeking a Personal Training Director in Training to learn and execute the full director scope while continuing to service Personal Training clients. You will support leadership at the club, develop trainers, and drive revenue and enrollment, with a clear path to becoming a full Personal Training Director.

Qualifications

• Prior experience delivering Personal Training or coaching services preferred.
• Demonstrated success building and retaining a personal client base preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the full scope of the Personal Training Director role under supervision.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Personal Trainers at the location.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1 sessions, guiding toward company goals.
• Coach Personal Trainers on session delivery, program design, and service standards.
• Complete leadership development coursework and director readiness requirements.
