Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Las Cruces, NM, seeks a Personal Training Director in Training to learn and execute the full director role while continuing to personally service PT clients. You will help lead the department at the club, develop trainers, drive revenue and enrollment, and deliver an exceptional member experience, building leadership, business, and operational capabilities toward the director position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification (NASM or other on Crunch Fitness list).
• CPR and AED certification required.
• ClubConnect education requirements completed.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the full scope of the Personal Training Director role under the direction of the PT Director.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of Personal Trainers at the assigned location.
• Lead team meetings and Trainer 1:1 meetings, providing direction, motivation, and guidance toward goals.
• Coach Personal Trainers on session delivery, program design, client communication, and Company service standards.
• Complete leadership development coursework and Director readiness requirements within set timeframes.
• Model Company standards and Core Values on the training floor at all times.
