Job summary

You gain leadership experience, mentorship, and hands-on marketing exposure with the goal of transitioning to a full-time marketing role within Polaris. Strong academics and U.S. work eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related business degree with GPA 3.0+.
• Graduation date between Aug 2026 and May 2027.
• Must be a U.S. person eligible to work without sponsorship.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication abilities.
• Willingness to relocate and travel for rotations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in two-year Marketing Leadership Development rotations across Brand, Creative and Content, Ecommerce, and Channel areas.
• Work with mentors and leaders to gain hands-on experience and build a career path.
• Support marketing projects, campaigns, and analysis during rotations.
• Prepare for a full-time marketing role upon program completion.
