Qualifications

• Foundational experience supporting enterprise networks with routing and switching.
• Knowledge of WAN, VPN, and secure connectivity.
• Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve network performance.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and operational best practices.
• CCNP or equivalent networking knowledge.
• Experience documenting configurations and troubleshooting activities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and health across environments.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, and switching issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain network devices.
• Execute routine network changes and participate in change control.
• Maintain secure connectivity including VPN and WAN.
• Investigate incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when needed.
• Document configurations and procedures.
• Provide status updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations and reduce incidents.
