Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise network engineering or related experience.
• CCNP Enterprise knowledge is preferred.
• Experience configuring Cisco routers and switches in multi‑vendor environments.
• Ability to analyze data, perform root-cause analysis, and document resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced operational support and incident resolution for enterprise networks.
• Plan, execute, and validate network changes with risk assessment and impact analysis.
• Maintain network performance, security, and documentation including root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with end customers, project managers, and service engineers to resolve issues.
