Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Cybersecurity Infrastructure Specialist to maintain, secure, and optimize the infrastructure supporting cybersecurity operations. The role spans networks, servers, OS, and security platforms to keep critical systems secure, available, and resilient.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operations teams to implement security architectures, support network management, and strengthen defenses against evolving threats.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of network infrastructure and security controls.
• Experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls and endpoint security.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support secure network and infrastructure environments.
• Implement, configure, and maintain cybersecurity technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, SIEM).
• Assist with routing, switching, VPN, load balancing, and network availability monitoring.
• Troubleshoot security, network, and infrastructure configurations to maintain stability.
• Support design and implementation of security architectures, segmentation, and Zero Trust.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
• Assist with security compliance by implementing controls per standards.
• Document configurations, procedures, incidents, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, architecture, engineering, and operations teams.
