Job summary

Polywater in Stillwater, MN is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in emerging markets through outside sales with independent manufacturer representatives and collaboration with contractors, engineers and distributors.

Requires 3+ years of outside B2B sales, technical knowledge in plumbing/HVAC/R a plus, and proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office. This full-time, on-site role involves ~40% overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of combined education and experience.
• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience; plumbing/HVAC/R knowledge is a plus.
• English proficiency required; experience with CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Grow end-user base and sales revenue in assigned territory.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities.
• Build network of sources for new sales leads.
• Present and demonstrate solutions to meet customer needs.
• Maintain customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Periodically forecast sales.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
