Job summary

Inspire is seeking a Franchisee Growth Consultant to guide expansion across Emerging Markets and strengthen franchisee execution. You will work with field partners to build demand, readiness, and growth in high-potential markets.

As a senior field leader, you will drive annual growth plans, support market initiatives, and ensure operational readiness across multi-brand restaurants within the Inspire portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strategic growth planning and franchise coaching required.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in franchise networks.
• Strong analytics, communication, and market development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual growth planning and execution with franchisees.
• Support focus-state initiatives and new unit readiness.
• Partner with Field Marketing on local store marketing plans.
• Ensure grand openings meet launch requirements.
• Develop leadership and onboarding programs for franchisees.
• Improve guest experience and ROE; boost throughput.
• Coordinate between Franchisee, Marketing & Real Estate.
