Inspire is seeking a field-based Marketing professional to act as the franchisee partner and regional spokesperson for Dunkin’ across emerging markets. You will coach franchisees, drive local store marketing strategies, and align with national plans while identifying local opportunities and media for impactful campaigns.

With 3+ years in marketing or brand management, you will travel up to 60% to engage franchisees, support programs, and deliver on-time initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Hospitality or related field.
• 3+ years experience in marketing or promotional agencies, brand management, or Dunkin' operations.

Responsabilités

• Build strong relationships with franchisees and serve as their local marketing coach.
• Be the expert on regional/local dynamics and opportunities.
• Identify shifts in local business that warrant support from marketing/XF teams.
• Maintain relationships with marketing leadership in designated region; spend time in the field.
• Support market events, PR, local store-level activities as needed.
• Prepare materials for franchisee meetings and regional councils.
• Drive Local Store Marketing strategy and annual plans with franchisees.
• Identify local media opportunities that complement national plans and collaborate with PR agencies.
