Inspire is seeking a Franchisee Growth Consultant to accelerate growth in emerging markets, strengthen franchise performance, and support a unified growth strategy across Marketing, Training and Analytics. The role focuses on building capability and operational readiness to scale franchisee networks and improve profitability.

The position requires extensive field leadership, up to 60% travel, and collaboration across several Inspire brands to drive market maturity and demand creation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual franchisee growth planning and execution.
• Develop focus-state and market development plans.
• Collaborate on local store marketing and demand creation.
• Ensure grand opening requirements and launches.
• Support leadership development and onboarding.
• Improve operations, guest experience, and throughput.
• Coordinate with Franchisee, Marketing, and Real Estate.
