With 60% travel and collaboration with Training, Marketing, Development, and Analytics teams, the role focuses on market readiness, demand creation, and profitable growth for franchisees.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Hospitality or related field.
• 7+ years in franchising, multi-unit operations, business consulting, training, development or marketing.
• Franchise consulting and restaurant leadership experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Franchisee growth leadership: facilitate annual growth planning and drive accountability.
• Emerging market development: support focus-state initiatives and market readiness.
• Marketing activation and demand creation: partner with Field Marketing on local store initiatives.
• Grand opening commitments: ensure all opening requirements are met for entry into communities.
• Training and organizational capability: support leadership development and onboarding.
• Operational growth enablement: improve guest experience, ROE, throughput and performance.
• Cross-functional leadership: connect Franchisee, Marketing, and Real Estate teams.
