Job summary

Chick-fil-A McHenry is seeking an Executive Director to guide our team toward exceptional operations, growth, and care for people. You will partner with the Operator to build a high-performing leadership bench and uphold CHAMPS values.

This role requires hands-on leadership 30+ hours weekly and time spent working ON the business, with a focus on profitability, guest satisfaction, and community partnerships. You will mentor leaders, safeguard food safety, and shape the restaurant's future.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Food Manager certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Open availability, including Saturdays; Sundays off.
• Hands-on leadership minimum 30 hours per week while also working ON the business.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual sales growth through operations, catering, and partnerships.
• Mentor leaders with a 90-day plan and opportunities for growth.
• Protect the brand by maintaining food safety and guest satisfaction.
• Develop a strong leadership bench for the restaurant.
• Steward labor, expenses, and margins to support profitability.
• Care for people by fostering a positive, growth-oriented culture.
