Arlington Properties in Wilmington, DE is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support leasing, operations, and team supervision. You will help drive occupancy, train peers, and ensure smooth daily property performance.

In this growth-focused role, you’ll handle rent processing, resident documentation, and events while upholding Fair Housing regulations. You’ll be a practical leader and a trusted partner to the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• Experience in leasing, sales, or property management is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and customer service best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Driver's license and valid insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in leasing, operations, and team supervision.
• Take full responsibility for the community in the manager’s absence.
• Process rent payments, invoices, and resident documentation.
• Assist with resident retention efforts and event planning.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Monitor property condition and recommend improvements.
