Arlington Properties is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to grow into a leadership role in multifamily property management. You will assist with leasing, operations, and team supervision while gaining exposure to budgets, events, and resident relations.

The role emphasizes reliability, communication, and a proactive approach to upholding Fair Housing standards and high service levels for residents. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED; college coursework a plus.
• 1+ years in leasing, sales, or property management.
• Strong communicator with organizational and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and customer service best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office; comfortable with PM systems.
• Reliable, flexible; able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in leasing, operations, and team supervision.
• Take full responsibility for the community in the manager's absence.
• Process rent payments, invoices, and resident documentation.
• Assist with resident retention efforts and event planning.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Monitor property condition and suggest improvements.
• Serve as a role model to peers and uphold standards.
