Ideal candidates have 1+ years in leasing or property management, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and property management systems. Flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in leasing, operations, and team supervision.
• Take full responsibility for the community in the manager’s absence.
• Process rent payments, invoices, and resident documentation.
