Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits in Dallas, TX, invites an ambitious NextGen Leadership Program Associate to join a two-year, full-time rotational program designed to fast-track early-career leaders.

You will rotate through four core business functions, work on strategic initiatives, and gain hands-on experience in logistics, budgeting, and commercial analytics, reporting to rotation managers under the CHRO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related.
• Graduating senior or up to 2 years post-graduation.
• Demonstrated leadership in school or work.
• Must be 21+ years old at program start.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through structured rotational assignments across four, six-month core business functions.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives by analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to optimize performance.
• Optimize logistics, inventory, and supplier operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs within the supply chain.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Develop essential leadership traits in decision making, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem solving through hands-on experience.
