Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits is launching NextGen Leadership Program (NGLP) associate role in Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX. This is a two-year rotational, full-time program designed to develop future leaders through hands-on experiences and structured training.

You will participate in six-month rotations across multiple functions, with ongoing mentoring and networking opportunities and a path toward executive leadership participation.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduating senior or up to 2 years post-graduation.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX.
• Demonstrated leadership in school or work and proven track record of delivering results.
• Must be 21 years old or older at the start of the program.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across four, six-month core functions, taking on leadership assignments and projects.
• Learn the processes, methods, skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to deliver value to the organization.
• Gain an understanding of how to define a problem, scope a project, determine key deliverables, identify challenges, anticipate outcomes, and deliver tangible business benefits.
• Develop essential traits in decision making, teamwork, critical thinking, dealing with ambiguity, and problem solving.
• Exposure to senior leadership and building of a national peer network.

Compensation

Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with expected first year total earnings of $73000 / yearincluding bonus. Indetermininga final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

• Finance – Support budgeting, forecasting, & financial analysis to drive strategic decision‑making and operational efficiency.
