Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits invites you to join its NextGen Leadership Development Rotational Program (NGLP). This two-year, full-time program offers hands-on rotations across multiple functions in a fast-growing national distributor, with mentorship and intensive training.

As a recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate, you will develop leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills while contributing to real business projects and building a national peer network.

Qualifications

• Graduating senior or up to 2 years post-graduation.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across four six-month core functions.
• Learn processes, methods, skills, knowledge needed to deliver value.
• Develop decision-making, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem solving.
• Build leadership skills and a national peer network.
