Qualifications

• Must be graduating senior or up to 2 years post-graduation.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; preferred fields include Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain/Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a multi-disciplinary program.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX.
• Must be 21 years old or older at the start of the program.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across four, six-month core functions.
• Learn processes, methods, and skills to deliver value to the organization.
• Develop decision-making, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Engage with senior leadership and build a national peer network.
