Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits invites ambitious graduates to join its NextGen Leadership Program, a two-year rotational program designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders. You will gain hands-on experience across multiple functions, participate in intensive training, mentoring, and networking with senior executives.

Eligible candidates are graduating seniors or within two years of graduation, with a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Leadership demonstrated in school or work with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain/Logistics, Industrial Engineering or multidisciplinary programs.
• Must be graduating senior or up to 2 years post-graduation; located in or willing to relocate to Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across four, six-month core functions with leadership assignments and projects.
• Learn processes, methods, skills, knowledge, and experience to deliver value to the organization.
• Develop decision-making, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to senior leadership and building a national peer network.

Compensation

Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with expected first year total earnings of $73000 / yearincluding bonus. Indetermininga final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

TheSouthern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits NextGen LeadershipProgram(NGLP)is atwo-year,rotational program sponsoredbyAmy Kickham, CHRO.NGLPis designed todevelop the next generation of leaderswithinthe largest wine and spirits distributorinthe U.S.As aNextGen LeadershipProgramassociate, youwillgainhands-onexperience through rotational assignmentsacross multiple functions.In addition, associateswithin the program benefit from intensive&ongoing training, leadership development, mentoring,and networking opportunities—including presentations to some of our company’s most senior executives.

What to Expect from NGLP

• Rotate acrossfour,six-month corefunctions, taking on leadership assignments andprojects.

NGLP Sample Rotations

• Commercial Strategy – Analyze market trends, customer insights, & competitive dynamics to support strategic initiatives that drive growth andoptimizecommercial performance.

• Trade Development – Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to execute brand strategies,optimizepromotional programs, and drive market share growth through data‑driven trade initiatives.

• Supply Chain/Operations – Optimize logistics, inventory,& supplier operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support seamless product flow.

• Finance – Support budgeting, forecasting, & financial analysis to drive strategic decision‑making and operational efficiency.

• Human Resources – Support organizational effectiveness initiatives that enhance employee experiences and drive business performance.

NGLP AssociateQualifications

• Must be agraduatingsenior orup to 2 years post-graduation
