Qualifications

• Demonstrate leadership capability and initiative to learn new roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and outlooks, and resource planning analysis.
• Perform deep-dive variance analysis on spend areas with accounting team.
• Learn underlying systems, tools, and reporting cadences across the finance org.
• Provide timely financial reporting of monthly results and key variances, drivers, metrics and trends.
• Develop new data, reports, models, and ad hoc analyses to support business needs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead implementation with teams.
