Job summary

As an Associate Financial Analyst, you will develop skills in variance analysis, data-driven reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, preparing you to become a finance leader after program completion.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior internship or work experience in financial analysis or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and outlooks.
• Perform deep-dive variance analysis and collaborate with accounting.
• Learn systems, tools, and reporting cadences used across finance.
• Provide timely financial reporting of monthly results and variances.
• Develop new data, reports, models, and ad hoc analyses.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead implementations.
