Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cyberspace Operational Planner to join the Intelligence Sector on-site at Fort Meade, MD. You will support USCYBERCOM J3, CNMF, and JTF-ARES by developing Cyberspace Operations plans, drafting OPORDs, and coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure mission-aligned outcomes.

Required are a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, an associates or higher in STEM or related field (or ability to complete within a year), and familiarity with JP 5-0.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and polygraph.
• Associates degree or higher in STEM, National Security Studies, or related field, or ability to complete within one year of hire.
• Familiarity with military operations planning, JP 5-0, and cyber capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage in Cyberspace Operations planning per USCYBERCOM guidance.
• Draft and staff Operational Plans, OPORDs, and FRAGOs.
• Support Joint Operational Planning Groups and integrate Cyberspace capabilities into plans.
• Develop CO plans and guidance to align execution with objectives.
• Communicate complex information clearly in written and oral form.
